I want to be a stockist! Can I wholesale your products for my store?

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! Depending on where you live rates will fluctuate, but we will get you your package so long as we breathe! If you live in a remote location, you will receive an email from us offering you additional shipping options after we receive your order.
What currencies does your webstore accept?
Our store is currently based in CAD. No need to worry though. Depending on your payment method, your bank or PayPal will automatically convert your money.
How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts fit true-to-size. If you typically wear a medium, we suggest you order a medium!
How should I care for my shirt?
While our clothes are pre-shrunk, we still suggest you hang drying after cold-washing to prevent any potential changes to fit.
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on misordered products, so we strongly urge you to be careful when ordering to make sure you get the right size!
The product I want is sold out in my size! When will it be restocked?
Odds are: never. We do most of our products in limited runs, and only select pieces are restocked after the original run. If you want a product in a certain size, our best advice is to order it while it’s available!
Can I pick up my order if I live in Toronto?
Unfortunately not. If you want to pick up some clothes and save money on shipping, check out our Stockists page to find a store near you.
I made a mistake on my order information! How can I change it?
Email us as soon as you get your order confirmation at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update your information as soon as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders at the beginning of every week, on Monday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation.
Shipping times fluctuate depending on shipping method, so please be patient.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Depending on where you live, definitely! If your shipping location allows it, tracking will automatically be added to your order and your tracking number will be sent to you along with your shipping confirmation.
My package was lost in the mail. What now?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your shipping information doesn’t look right in your order confirmation email, please email us immediately at email@example.com to have it updated.
I received the wrong items/damaged items in my order!
Please forgive us; we all make mistakes! Luckily for you, we will do whatever we can to make sure that you get what you ordered. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a solution.
